La Fonduta Valdostana: ricetta tradizionale
Ecco qui una ricetta tradizionale per un piatto tipico della Valle d'Aosta famoso ovunque: la Fonduta Valdostana. La Fonduta Valdostana รจ una preparazione a base del tipico formaggio della Valle d'Aosta, la Fontina Dop . Per preparare la Fonduta Valdostana occorrono questi ingredienti:
500 gr. di Fontina Dop;
80 gr. di burro;
4 rossi d'uovo;
1 litro di latte.
